Before opening a support ticket, we would like you to check the following.
1. Have you entered your username and password correctly?
Are you receiving any error messages?
If thats the case please take a screen shot of error message and attacch to a ticket so we can see whats going on.
You might also find the following steps helpful:
1. Try to log in again
2. Clear your browser history/cookies
3. Try using another browser (IE, Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome etc...)
4. Check your internet connectivity
5. Try to restart the device or try to login from another device
- Make sure you are no longer connected in another window or platform.
