If your deposit is not reflecting in your "Wallet" please send us the following information so we may help.

  • Full name
  • STP KEY of the  beneficiary (if it was via SPEI)
  • Folio number (would have only been done via Cash)
  • Amount of the deposit
  • Date of the deposit 
  • Reference number used

Keep in mind that STP works 24/7, but your bank probably is not. Which is why your deposit may be reflected until the next business day.

If your deposit was in cash, it can be reflected up to 8 hours in your account.
